Our Team

    Gerry Donaghy
    Gerry formed the company jointly in 2000 and has succesfully developed a small ‘Maintenance Solutions’ business into a multi divisional company. Adopting the same processes throughout
    the divisions had ensured quality workmanship, jobs delivered on time and to budget. He has a hand on approach in the day to day running of the company and is the Quality Manager. He continues to expand and develop the companys divisions within the construction industry.
    Peter Ferry
    Peter is responsibe for estimating, project management and developing the supply chain for all projects.
    Michelle Cross
    Office Manager
    Michelle is responsible for management of accounts and the administration of the Maintenance Solutions Division. She is the first point of contact for the customer within the company and has the role of Customer Liaison Officer.
    Audrey Donaghy
    Audrey is responsible for Maintenance and supervison of Integrated Management System to include Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety and Procurement.
